Welcome to Alphazed. By using our apps and services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • "Company": Refers to Alphazed LTD, registered in the United Kingdom
  • "Services": Includes all apps, platforms, and educational content provided by Alphazed
  • "User": Refers to any person using our services, including parents, guardians, and children
  • "Content": Includes all educational materials, text, images, audio, and video available through our services

Intellectual Property

All content available in Alphazed apps, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Alphazed or its suppliers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps for personal educational purposes only
  • All trademarks, logos, and service names are the property of Alphazed

Contests and Promotions

Alphazed may organize contests or promotions from time to time. These contests are subject to separate rules and conditions that will be announced at the time of launch. Participation in any contest constitutes acceptance of those specific rules.

E-Commerce and Subscriptions

Some of our services offer paid subscriptions. Regarding purchases:

  • All prices are displayed in the currency specified by your app store
  • Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription from your app store settings
  • We offer a free trial period for new users where applicable

User Accounts

When creating an account with Alphazed:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Information provided must be accurate and up to date
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Parents or guardians must supervise their children's use of the services

Disclaimer of Liability

Alphazed services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee:

  • That services will be available without interruption or free from errors
  • That educational outcomes will be guaranteed
  • That content will be completely free of errors

Alphazed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Malware and Security

The user agrees not to:

  • Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or destructive code
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the services
  • Use the services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alphazed from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from the user's breach of these terms or misuse of the services.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Copyright Policy

Alphazed respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our services infringes your copyright, please notify us in writing at: hello@thealphazed.com. The notice must include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A description of where the infringing content is located
  • Your contact information
  • A good faith statement that the use is not authorized

Subscription and Payment Policy

Additional details regarding subscriptions:

  • Trial Period: We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, the paid subscription will begin automatically
  • Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically on the same terms and price unless cancelled
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. Access remains available until the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
